Here’s what happens when a rug comes into our facility. The cleaning method depends on what we find during inspection.

Inspect
We check how your rug is made, look for stains and damage, and note any previous repairs or treatments.

Remove dry soil
We remove dry dirt and grit trapped in the rug before washing.

Clean and rinse
We choose the cleaning method for your rug’s fibers, dyes, and condition.

Dry and check moisture
We dry the rug at our facility and check it with a moisture meter before taking it down.
- 05
Detail and inspect
We check for remaining spots, groom the rug, and give it a final vacuum before pickup or delivery.
